How much can I save and how do I know the project will produce savings?

Savings on various facilities have generated between 30% to 70% in savings because of the dramatic reduction of energy consumption. Based on a history of your energy costs, the report will analyze existing costs versus future costs for similar consumption. Moreover, because we focus on this business, we know what grant and tax savings are available to you and we complete the necessary paperwork to help you qualify for these additional savings!

Why should I consider an energy audit?

Energy is a major operating cost. New technology makes reducing consumption possible which in turn can lead to substantial savings. Additionally, the government is phasing out the production of older lighting technologies (ie. T-12 bulbs and ballasts) over the next year and a half; the costs for labor and material install the new technologies are currently at their lowest ever—if you can do it, you should do it, now!

Why can’t I have my own people tell me what I need?

First, your people are busy doing their current work.
Second, cost savings are not simply based on putting in new light bulbs or fixtures.
Third, the overall study is based on the total needs of your facility is generated using state of the art programming to provide the optimum in cost savings.

What does it cost and what do I have to do in the process?

An electrical energy audit is performed on a complimentary basis after discussions to determine the appropriateness of such a project for your facility. Moreover, we do all the paperwork to obtain any rebates available for the project.
